Itasca Community Library, a vital resource for its local community, first engaged Outsource Solutions Group (OSG) with immediate security concerns that required urgent remediation. Recognizing the importance of safeguarding their IT infrastructure, the library engaged OSG to address vulnerabilities and strengthen their
