OSG has once again achieved Cisco’s Small and Midsize Business Specialization.
We’ve been a Cisco Value Added Reseller in Illinois since 1998, providing our clients with Cisco network equipment, including routers, switches, and hubs, and security services through firewalls to continue to build efficient IT solutions for their businesses.
As described by Cisco, in order to attain this specialization, we had to prove the ability to provide sophisticated, value-added Cisco solutions through in-depth sales capabilities, technology skills and service offerings – qualities we take pride in.
The specialization was also achieved through completing a curriculum, which included training on Borderless Networks, Collaboration, Data Center, updated services training, and the specialization exam.
We aced them all.
OSG is featured in the Cisco Partner Locator, further officiating our achievement. On top of receiving our official certification, we’re a member of an elite network of partners, which helps us further distinguish ourselves from our competition through branding and other opportunities.
This specialization also allows us to further our services and partnership with Cisco, as we have access to the Cisco Partner Helpline and distribution sales support, business planning and demand-generation sales tools, and eligibility to sell Cisco Smart Care Service.
