Hassle Free: Do they offer all-inclusive support options? Unlike other providers, OSG offers a fixed rate “Hassle Free” support plan that covers everything. No additional billing for anything including major projects, upgrades, or service related time. Don’t want all-inclusive? No problem, OSG will customize a support plan to meet your needs and budget. We do not use a cookie cutter approach to try to fit you into one of our options. We identify your needs and develop a plan to accommodate them.
Certification: Are their technicians and engineers certified in leading technologies, such as Microsoft, Cisco, WatchGuard, HP, Citrix and others? OSG offers employees bonuses based on certifications achieved to keep our team’s skills top notch and current.
After Hours and Weekends: Is there no extra charge for any work after hours or on the weekend? Is travel time exempt from your final cost? OSG does not charge a premium rate for after hours or weekend work. We also do not charge for travel time for work performed throughout the Chicagoland area.
Planning and Communication: Do they provide a technology plan? OSG works in partnership with our customers to develop a plan that avoids unexpected expenses. We also work to develop a list of projects, each project’s status, and an estimated completion date. We meet with our customers frequently to keep the plan updated and ensure we are communicating and implementing best practices and emerging technology opportunities.
