According to comScore data as of May of 2010, the top 5 Smartphone vendors in terms of subscribers are:

In the 3 month period ending 5/2010 only the Google Android increase its % of market share, increasing from 9% to 13%. These numbers do not include the release of the new iPhone 4 device which was released in June of 2010.
